Mentor's Calendar

DEA Accelerate and its program are designed to operate outside of regular business hours, with each mentoring session scheduled in advance with the teams.

1-1 DEA Weekly Support Catch Up & Mentorship Sessions

 

Our program includes a weekly synchronisation session with the DEAs team, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking. Additionally, participants gain exclusive access to personalized meetings with our expert mentors, providing tailored guidance and support.

Week 1 (September) - Introduction 

Week 1 (September) - Introduction 
Welcome Teams and Introduction

The program starts with a welcome session on September 16, which includes a curriculum overview, Q&A, and introduction meetings with your mentors. Additionally, we will have a founder talk, followed by a session on mindset design on September 18. Save the dates!

Week 2 (October) - Customer Development

Week 2 focuses on customer development, featuring a founder talk and a practical session on how to talk to your customers and “The Mom Test.”

Week 3 (October) - Value Proposition

Week 3 is centered on value proposition, including a founder talk and a Value Proposition Canvas Workshop.

Week 4 (October) - Startup DNA & Product-Market Fit

In Week 4 we dig deeper into the most important topic for founders - product-market fit. We will roll up our sleeves and do some serious work, after which a Mini Pitch Day  with mentors and speakers follows.

Week 5 (October) - Building an MVP

Week 5 is dedicated to building an MVP, featuring a special workshop on MVP development and prototyping.

Week 6 (November) - Team

Week 6 addresses team dynamics, including a founder talk on and a team culture and dynamics workshop. 

Week 7 (November) - Legal & Business Administration

Week 7 covers legal and business administration, with sessions on financial and legal basics for startups. Time to put the foundations of your business. 

Week 8 (November) - Pricing, GTM & Sales

Week 8 focuses on pricing, go-to-market strategy, and sales. Expect exciting line-up of mentors and lots of work to be done!

Week 9 (November) - Marketing

In Week 9 , the program delves into marketing with sessions on digital storytelling, content marketing, and a Mini Pitch Day #2 for angel investors.

Week 10 (December) - Funding & Financial

Week 10 covers funding and financial aspects, with a session on the world of venture capital and what investors look for.

Week 11 (December) - Pitching Preparation

Week 11 prepares for the big Demo Day, including sessions on the art of pitching, dry run presentations, and culminates into the final Demo Day.
